Obesity, Overweight, bad eating habits: possible consequences

Obesity, overweight and bad eating habits include in the long run risks like several types of cancer, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease or diabetes. And maybe a lot of other diseases.

Do you want to change bad eating habits, obesity, overweight?

If you want to lose weight or change some bad eating habits, it is good to start in the mind. And to think about the advantages and disadvantages. What could be the Differences. Try to see the big benefits. This can bring the needed encouragement to make changes. For example to replace bad eating habits with better options. Eating more vegetables and fruits. The next step could be to get the best possible information about the How to. For example, we can learn much about healthy eating habits in the Bible, the first book of the Bible Genesis in chapter 1 verse 29. In this verse Almighty God Jehovah (Jehovah is God's name in the Bible) went on to say: "Here I have given to you all vegetation bearing seed which is on the surface of the whole Earth and every tree on which there is the fruit of a tree bearing seat. To you let it serve as food". This Verse describes the best diet. Healthy food. Healthy food and healthy eating habits is the basis for winning against obesity, against overweight.

Don't eat as it would be you last meal

It is good to have in mind, that we can eat again. Always. We don't need to eat all we can. It tastes even better, if we don't overeat. If we don't eat all we can, but stop at a certain point. Maybe we don't need to eat for a certain time. It can be helpful to eat good food. If we eat enough in the morning, we can think in the afternoon and evening, that we can eat tomorrow morning again. This may help not to overeat in the afternoon and evening. Maybe we are satisfied with less food, if we have in mind, that we want to eat or can eat some hours later again.

Junkfood and much sugar food

Some food does not give us what we really need. Then we have eaten maybe a lot. But are not satisfied. This is maybe the case with junkfood and much sugar food.

Healthy snacks between meals

You may find it helpful to eat healthy snacks between meals. Maybe you find that you are less likely to overeat at mealtime when you eat healthy snacks between your main meals.
